Training and background: I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology—a relational, psychoanalytic training program. I did my clinical internship with Sound Mental Health in Seattle, WA where I worked with folks experiencing PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, recent homelessness or involvement with the legal system. I then worked in Crisis Intervention.
